Step into a space where you can let go, open your heart, and feel life force move through your body.
This evening invites you on a journey of breathwork, connection, and ecstatic dance – a sensuous experience where body, breath, and movement melt into one.
🌑 New Moon Ceremony & Intention Setting
The event takes place around the new moon – a powerful moment to release what no longer serves you and set intentions for the time ahead.
Through breath, movement, and connection, you’ll be guided to cleanse, ground, and invite new energy into your life with clarity and strength.
✨ The evening includes:
Guided breathwork – to awaken the life force within your body and open the connection to your heart.
Connection workshop – a playful, heartfelt exploration of meeting others in truth and presence.
Ecstatic Dance with DJ Sofus – surrender to the music and let your body move freely through rhythm and emotion.
We’ll create a safe and vibrant space where you can feel yourself, release control, and let your body speak.
This night was just what I needed. I tent to get really low and blue in winther, but at 'Breath, dance connect' I experienced a huge outburst of energy. The mix of breathwork, tantric pratice and ecstatic dance was really potent. I had so many beautiful, powerful meetings loaded with sisterhood, polarity, joy! I still feel the joy bubbling inside. Surely hope this will be repeated. 5 stars from me!
Sofus, Kate og Anders var fantastiske værter for et fedt arrangement i kærlighedens navn - fik alle med og sammen løftede vi hinanden op med smil, latter, åndedræt, dans og vild energi. Tak!
