This workshop is a deep experiential journey into Sacred Intimacy as taught through the Tibetan Art of Love and the ancient 64 Arts of Love.

The Tibetan approach to tantra is not focused on sexual techniques or physical positions alone. It is a path of depth, sensation and awareness—where intimacy, sexuality, emotions and spirituality are experienced as one living field.

During these three days, you will explore how intimate energy moves through body, heart and consciousness, and how sexual union can become a sacred and spiritual experience.

The essence of this work

The aim of this workshop is to help you understand, experience and embody how intimacy is linked to sexuality, emotions, heart connection and spiritual awareness.

Intimacy here is not only physical, erotic or sexual. You will explore how to linger with another person in deep presence, opening the possibility for sacred union and spiritual experience.

The workshop is based on the 64 Arts of Love of the Tibetan Kama Sutra and includes exploration of:

Sacred Intimacy & Presence

• Intimacy as a field of presence and unity

• Intuitive, emotional, personal, sensual, sexual and spiritual fields

• Boundaries, limitations and conscious intimacy

• Intimate communication and communion

Energy & Conscious Sexuality

• How energy is sourced: stimulation, eroticization, sensualization, sexualization and spirituality

• The flow of energy through eyes, throat, heart, belly and genitals

• Giving and receiving as a shared energetic process

• Sacred ways of kissing, touch and ritual

Body, Chakras & Orgasmic States

• Understanding energy bodies: chakras, nadis and marmas

• Pelvic floor, breath, awareness and self-touch

• Genital awareness and relationship to intimacy

• Transferring sexual energy and orgasmic states throughout the whole body

• Expanded and spiritual orgasmic experiences

Ritual, Sensory Awareness & Union

Blah Energy – Vitality, Radiance & Life Force

A unique part of this workshop is the exploration of Blah energy, an ancient Tibetan concept closely linked to vitality, longevity and life force.

Blah is as essential as breath and consciousness. When Blah is strong, vitality, radiance and presence increase. When it is depleted, melancholy and disconnection arise.

You will explore:

• Blah in intimacy and sexual pulsation

• How Blah is cultivated through sacred sexual energy

• How orgasmic states connect to vitality and Source

Blah mastery is self-mastery.

This workshop is held in a safe, confidential and well-held space.

• All practices are clearly guided

• Participants are dressed in sarongs

• Clear boundaries and consent are central

• You may opt out of any practice at any time, you never have to attend anything you are not comfortable with
  

Who this workshop is for

This workshop is intended for:

• Experienced tantra practitioners

• Participants who have completed a foundational tantra training

• People comfortable with intimacy, embodiment and energetic work

Singles and couples are both welcome. You do not need to come with a partner, and will be paired up during the weekend. If you join as a couple you can of course decide to work within the couple.

This is not a beginner workshop.

About the facilitator – Anand Rudra

Anand Rudra is an international tantra facilitator and teacher of Sacred Sexuality, with decades of experience guiding workshops and trainings around the world.

His work is rooted in the Tibetan Art of Love and ancient tantric traditions, focusing on the integration of sexuality, intimacy, emotional depth and spiritual awareness.
