I was doubtful to whether I should sign up for such an event or not. Deciding to go was the best decision ever. It was my first time in such a setting and I am speechless. It has been one of the most intense and heartfelt experiences I have ever had. I felt connected mostly with myself and it is something I had not felt in a very long time. The music and breathe combo was absolutely perfect. I felt an immense sense of community, I felt seen and ununderstood by complete strangers. It is a sensation that its difficult to explain. I would recommend it to everyone.
